Integra Plus Information:
Integra Plus is a multivitamin and mineral supplement that works to provide a high concentration of iron, folic acid, and other vitamins to treat low levels of iron or folate in the blood.
Integra Plus comes in capsule form to be taken orally. It is recommended that Integra Plus be taken on an empty stomach. Take Integra Plus exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take an antacid within 1 hour before or 2 hours after you take Integra Plus.
Before using Integra Plus , tell your doctor if:

you have allergies to any other medicines or to any foods
-
you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription medication
-
you are taking other vitamins, dietary supplements, or herbal supplements
-
you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or you are breastfeeding
-
you have stomach or bowel problems
-
you have porphyria (a blood disease) or any other problems with your blood
-
you have had more than one blood transfusion
-
you have any bleeding problems
Do not take Integra Plus if you have high levels of iron in the blood, or if you have hemolytic anemia or pernicious anemia.
Contact your doctor if you experience these symptoms and if they do not go away:

heartburn
-
nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or vomiting
-
loss of appetite
Contact your doctor immediately or seek emergency medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms:
-
persistent or extreme stomach pain
-
tarry, black, or bloody stool
-
severe allergic reaction (including hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, mouth, or tongue)
Take your missed dose of Integra Plus as soon as your remember to take it. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue to take the medication as prescribed. Do not take a double dose of Integra Plus.
Store Integra Plus securely in the container in which it came, at room temperature. Keep away from excess moisture or heat. Keep out of reach of children and away from pets. Properly dispose of any expired or unnecessary medication.
In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Do not take large doses of any other vitamins while taking Integra Plus unless your doctor tells you to do so.
